Our Vision

Chris, the current President and CEO of Pacific Northwest Title, has over three decades of experience in title and escrow. Her background also includes mortgage lending, real estate investing and commercial property management.

Chris was a founding member of PNWT in Seattle in 1983 and founded PNWT of Kitsap in 1990, growing the local company to a dominant title and escrow company on the peninsula. She is active in the community and has held many civic leadership roles including Rotary club president, past chair and board member of the Kitsap Economic Development Alliance and past Board member of Harrison Medical Center. She is active in Excell Puget Sound and enjoys membership in many real estate trade associations.

Paula began her career with Pacific Northwest Title in 2009 as the Human Resources Director. She came onboard with experience at the real estate development level after starting a successful business with her father. In 2016, she moved to Colorado to pursue an exciting opportunity that provided valuable experience in her field. In 2018, she was called back to the Pacific Northwest and rejoined our team as the COO. She has a varied leadership background in human resources, operations, and sales which has allowed her to successfully direct organizational planning and development through strategic initiatives and programs. Throughout her career, Paula has been part of different companies whose visions have centered around creating an exceptional customer experience. This remains at the center of how she approaches activities with both our internal and external customers, and it speaks to her passion for helping others achieve success.

Michelle started with Pacific Northwest Title in 2019. She has an extensive background in all aspects of human resources, operations and administrative functions. Prior to joining the PNWT team, Michelle worked for a local software organization for 19 years where she was the Business Operations Director, Officer and Board Member. Michelle is a well-respected, Human Resources professional who is skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of an organization. Her disciplined, yet flexible problem-solving approach balances business goals with employee needs. She is also a member of the West Sound Human Resources Management Association.

Arlene has been with Pacific Northwest Title since 1993. She has over 30 years of experience in the title and escrow industry and provides her customers with a high-level of trust and confidence. Arlene was among the first group of Escrow Officers to receive the Limited Practice Officer designation from the Washington State Bar Association. She is renowned for her wealth of knowledge and respected for her meticulous attention to detail. Arlene has closed many of the commercial real estate projects in Kitsap County. She also currently holds the Peninsula Director position for the Escrow Association of Washington.

Vickie started with Pacific Northwest Title in 2002. Her prior experience as an assistant for two, top-producing, real estate agents gave her great insight into working with agents and lenders. The sales process in the title industry consists of building relationships over long periods of time. It’s about trusting our company to do what we say we will do with professionalism and integrity. Vickie is well-known and respected for her exceptional attitude and commitment to service.

Jenny began her career with Pacific Northwest Title in 1998 and spent eleven years working in the escrow department, priding herself on exceptional customer service. In 2009, Jenny had the opportunity to fulfill her mission in affordable housing working at Bremerton Housing Authority; she spent twelve years in various leadership roles within the organization. While at the Housing Authority, she provided oversight of HUD Contracts spanning over five states. She returned to Pacific Northwest Title in 2021 as Culture Manager. With her passion for helping people succeed in their professional careers, she believes in providing a positive culture where everyone comes to work and is in an environment aimed at success. Jenny is a graduate of Leadership Kitsap class of 2020 and continued her Leadership Kitsap journey as a Project Co-Chair for the class of 2022.
