Vice President/Escrow Manager, Limited Practice Officer

Arlene has been with Pacific Northwest Title since August of 1993. She has over 33 years in the title and escrow industry and provides her customers with a high-level of trust and confidence. Arlene was among the first group of Escrow Officers to receive the Limited Practice Officer designation from the Washington State Bar Association. She is well known for her wealth of knowledge and respected for her meticulous attention to detail. Arlene has closed many of the commercial real estate projects in Kitsap County. Her closing expertise also covers residential, 1031 exchanges, refinances, vacant land, and new construction developments.

Arlene participated in the Central Kitsap Alterative School projects and our local Food Bank drives.
