Manufactured Home Specialist and Escrow Support

Dee has been an employee of Pacific Northwest Title since 2001. She specializes in Manufactured Homes, prepares Reconveyance documents, and provides overall support for the escrow department. The clearing of clouded manufactured home titles involves a considerable amount of detective work. Dee derives a great deal of satisfaction in giving the new buyer a sense of security that the title to their new home is free and clear.

Dee enjoys meeting the buyers and sellers during escrow signings. She brings her experience and empathy to the closing table and assists her clients through the myriad of paperwork.

Dee was a top producing real estate agent in Kitsap County for 10 years and earned her GRI designation during this time. This level of experience enhanced her career by allowing Dee to see transactions from all points of view.
