Gail Latteri
Escrow Officer/LPO Gail has been with Pacific Northwest Title since December, 2009. She has been in the real estate industry, in Washington State, since 1978 obtaining her Limited Practice Officer’s certificate in 1985 through the Washington State Bar Association. In addition, Gail has prior escrow experience in California.
Gail also brings experience from the lending industry processing loans and preparing them for the secondary marketing.
