Limited Practice Officer (LPO), Escrow Officer

Jennifer began her escrow career working for an attorney in Bainbridge Island. In April 2000 she came to Pacific Northwest Title as an Escrow Assistant. Jennifer worked with Escrow Manager, Arlene Clayton-Ruud for many years closing residential transactions, commercial projects, 1031 Exchanges, refinances, vacant land, and new construction developments. She is proud to lead a closing team of her own.

Jennifer participated in the Central Kitsap Alterative School projects and our local Food Bank drives.
