Limited Practice Officer (LPO), Senior Escrow Officer, Branch Manager

Julie has been in the title and escrow business for over eighteen years and with Pacific Northwest Title since June 2007. Her past experience has been as an escrow branch manager, an escrow closer, a trainer for new employees and those just entering the business. She stays current on the local real estate market by attending the weekly brokers’ tour of homes. She also attends educational seminars offered to agents in order to stay informed of their issues and concerns.  Her closing expertise covers residential, commercial, 1031 exchanges, refinances, vacant land, and new construction developments. Julie places priority on accuracy, attention to detail, and brings a sense of pride to the careful preparation of each closing. Real estate agents and lenders have commented on the high-level of care and professionalism Julie gives to every transaction.
