Chief Title Officer, Title Department Manager

Julie has been in the title industry for over 30 years. For the past twenty years she has been with Pacific Northwest Title. Her work experience includes the building of several title plants, experience as an Underwriter, a Title Department Manager, an Examination Department Manager, a Training Officer, and as a Residential, Commercial and National Accounts Title Manager. Her expertise is in commercial properties. Real estate agents, builders & developers find Julie’s knowledge and years of experience invaluable. Customers comment on Julie’s superb ability to provide options for solving complex title issues.

Julie participated in the Central Kitsap Alterative School projects and our local Food Bank drives.

Julie is a certified instructor licensed by the Washington State Department of Licensing to teach clock hour classes to real estate agents.
