Assistant Title Office

As Assistant Title Officer, Kelley provides support to the Title Officers and back-up to the Recording Clerk. Her industry experience includes positions in the production and title departments at Pacific Northwest Title; prior to filling the role of Assistant Title Officer, she has served as Title Technician and Recording Clerk.

Kelley studied French and Political Science at Oregon State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2008.
