Limited Practice Officer (LPO), Escrow Officer

Kim joined Pacific Northwest Title in July of 2002. Kim is an accomplished escrow closer with a very loyal client base. They appreciate her high level of communication with all parties throughout the transaction and her impeccable attention to detail. Her closing expertise covers residential, vacant land, refinances, 1031 exchanges, seller financing and new construction developments.

Relay for Life and MS-150 Bicycle Weekend – Fundraiser participant

Kim participated in the Central Kitsap Alterative School projects and our local Food Bank drives.
