Vice President/Human Resources

Paula Pazooki has been with Pacific Northwest Title since November, 2009. She has a varied management background in Human Resources, Operations, and Sales. She has worked for such companies as Marriott International and Disney as well as starting a Real Estate Development business with her father. 

Paula grew up in Bremerton and graduated from Washington State University. After working in California, Oregon and Nevada, she is happy to be back “home” in Kitsap County.

Paula oversees all HR duties to include recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. She is also active in community relations.
