Escrow Assistant

Rachel began her industry career in 1992 with Pacific Northwest Title. She left in 1996 to become an escrow assistant and in 1998 became a mortgage loan processor with the same company. In 2008, Rachel returned to Pacific Northwest Title as an Escrow Assistant in our Bainbridge Island Office.

Rachel’s many years in lending and escrow have given her an excellent perspective on the entire real estate transaction. Her experience in processing home loans has given her confidence in explaining the lender documents to our customers in an easily understood manner.
