Escrow Assistant

Terry has been with Pacific Northwest Title since November of 2004. With over 14 years in the industry, she has a well-rounded experience of all aspects of the closing process. Currently, she handles the disbursements for the 4 escrow teams in the Silverdale office. The escrow team depends on her methodical and thorough review of each file.

She also is in charge of making sure the the Homeowners Association, Commission and Payoff Manuals are updated and current on an ongoing basis.

Terry  is also part of the post-closing unit that ensures all documentation necessary has been completed prior to scanning and archiving the file. This includes Full Reconveyances, Release of Liens and making sure that all checks have cleared the accounts.

Terry participated in the Central Kitsap Alterative School projects, Relay for Life and our local Food Bank drives.
