To receive a Certificate of Completion, you must attend the full length of the course. If you are absent or leave early from a class, you will not receive a certificate for that class.
Examinations and grading will not be given for Pacific Northwest Title School of Real Estate classes.
The student is responsible for notifying Pacific Northwest Title School of Real Estate of any personal needs, including physical, emotional, learning difficulties or any other disabilities. While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate these needs, some conditions may be beyond our control, and we may be unable to make all necessary accommodations.
Class fees are non-refundable unless either the class is canceled or the student gives at least 24 hours notice.
Students who pay the fees and complete the course can receive certificates. The administrator will provide the certificates within 15 days of the course’s completion. Pacific Northwest Title School of Real Estate will retain its records for five years.
