Chris Rieland

President/CEO

Chris, our President and CEO, brings over three decades of experience in title and escrow, along with expertise in mortgage lending, real estate investing, and commercial property management. A founding member of PNWT in Seattle (1983) and Kitsap (1990), Chris helped grow our local title company into a dominant one on the peninsula. She is deeply engaged in the community, having served as Rotary Club president, chair and board member of the Kitsap Economic Development Alliance, and a board member of Harrison Medical Center. She is also active in the Excell Puget Sound and a member of several real estate associations.

Michelle Dvorak

Human Resources Director

Michelle joined Pacific Northwest Title in 2019, with an extensive background in human resources, operations, and administrative functions. Before joining PNWT, she spent 19 years at a local software organization as a Business Operations Director, Officer, and Board Member. Michelle is skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of an organization using her disciplined, yet flexible problem-solving approach. She is also a member of the West Sound Human Resources Management Association.

Arlene Clayton

Vice President, Escrow LPO

Arlene has been with Pacific Northwest Title since 1993. She has over 30 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, and was among the first group of Escrow Officers to receive the Limited Practice Officer designation from the Washington State Bar Association. Having closed many commercial real estate projects in Kitsap County, Arlene is renowned for her wealth of knowledge and meticulous attention to detail. She is also the Peninsula Director for the Escrow Association of Washington.

Vickie Lawrence

Vice President, Sales

Vickie started with Pacific Northwest Title in 2002, bringing valuable experience from her time as an assistant for two top-producing real estate agents. Her background gives her a deep understanding of the needs of agents and lenders. Known for her exceptional attitude and commitment to service, Vickie excels at building long-term relationships rooted in trust, professionalism and integrity.

Jenny Higgs

Culture Manager

Jenny began her career with Pacific Northwest Title in 1998, spending 11 years in the escrow department and earning a reputation for exceptional customer service. She later pursued her passion for affordable housing, joining Bremerton Housing Authority for 12 years, where she led HUD contract oversight across five states. Returning to PNWT in 2021 as Culture Manager, Jenny focuses on fostering a supportive workplace environment. She is a Leadership Kitsap Class of 2020 graduate and served as Project Co-Chair for the Class of 2022.
